We cook in Bath and drive every bag ourselves. No courier ever handles your food, which is why the map stops where it does.

When it arrives

• 19:00–22:00The window on your delivery days. The bag holds the next day's food.
• 36 hoursHow long before a delivery an order closes. An order for Monday closes at noon on the Friday before.
• FreeDelivery on every plan. A bag of fewer than 3 meals costs  .

If nobody is in

Set a safe place in your account and the driver leaves the bag there. It is yours from that moment, including keeping it cold, so pick somewhere out of the sun.

With no safe place and nobody answering, the driver has to take the food away. We cannot bring it back the next day: cooked food that has spent an evening on a van is no longer safe to deliver.
